Gingado Capoeira and Mestre Cafu are pround to work in Collaboration with Youth Expressions to bring Capoeira to youth in the San Francisco Bay Area. "Youth Expressions" has reached thousands of youth in California, Hawaii, Texas and Brazil. We currently have programs in a number of Bay Area schools and are expanding throughout the world.
Youth Expressions
"Youth Expressions" offers arts and fitness programs both during and after normal school hours. Our programs are designed to enrich the cultural lives of children and to address the epidemic health problems caused by sedentary lifestyles. Exercise, art, personal development and educational enrichment are components of our programs. We can also work with school staff and student families through afterschool, evening or weekend classes.
